Boiled potatoes

¼ cup

Green chillies

Red chilly powder.

1 tablespoon

Salt

According to taste

Water

For kneading, massaging

Oil for frying

 

 

Method of preparation:

 

 

·        Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients.

·        Thoroughly and slowly add water to form a dough to make puri.

·        Note not add much water.

·        Convert them to puri shape and then deep fry till brown

·        Serve hot.
