National Science Day is celebrated to honour Nobel laureate Sir C.V. Raman for his invention of the ‘Raman effect’ on February 28For moreover a decade, all the National Science Day activities are planned according to the pre-decided theme by Rashtriya Vigyan Evam Prodoyogiki Sanchar Parishad.
